Vince Hudson is a 20-year P&G marketing veteran. After launching the successful Crest WhiteStrips, as Brand Manager; and launching the blockbuster Prilosec Brand, as Marketing Director — he received national accolades including Brandweek’s “Marketer’s of the Next Generation” and then, Ad Age’s “Top 40 Marketers Under 40”. Vince then stepped into the world of beauty as Marketing Director on the COVERGIRL Cosmetics brand, where he signed top name talent like Rihanna, Drew Barrymore, Ellen DeGeneres, Taylor Swift, and of course leveraged Queen Latifah to make COVERGIRL the 1st Cosmetic Brand to ever reach $1 Billion in retails North America Sales. Vince then relocated with P&G as an expat to Singapore as the General Manager of P&G Beauty Business in South Asia, Australia, and India as well as global leader of the Personal Cleansing Business (Safeguard and Camay Brand Franchise Leader). After returning to the US as VP within Beauty Care, Vince left P&G for the technology world with Samsung as the Vice President of US Marketing Strategy and Operations – based in New Jersey. After Samsung, Vince moved to the Diageo, the world’s largest Spirit Company, as SVP of the Smirnoff Brand over Global and US. Vince then worked at Viacom, as Chief Brand Officer at BET where he revamped the Brand Purpose, Strategic Pillars and reinvigorated the new show go-to-market approach. Vince was recruited to American Express as the SVP of Enterprise Marketing Strategy, where he led overall Global Brand Strategy, expanded the In-House Agency, and led the Brand Pillar of Inclusion and Diversity for this Top 25 Global Brand. Vince is currently at Facebook leading the Business Marketing for North America.
He is a member of the ELC (Executive Leadership Council and is a member of the Dillard University Board of Trustees. Vince is married to Jennifer Hudson (not that one) a former P&G Brand Manager, and now Director of the Smirnoff Brand at Diageo. They have 3 daughters: Olivia [10], Ava [8], and Vanna [6] and reside in North Bergen County.
