I am a results-oriented marketer with experience and a passion for leading complex teams and projects. I believe in growing the business organically by improving the health of brands. At heart, I’m an economist who dipped her toes in the Political Science pool and then took a full-immersion plunge into the dynamic world of marketing. I started with local brand management and continued at the regional and global level for brands such as Timișoreana, Ursus or Peroni Nastro Azzurro. Over time, I worked in strategic marketing and planning consulting, helping clients to discover their commercial priorities but also the strategic communication potential of their own organizations. I managed, from London Peroni Nastro Azzurro for UK, US and Australia and from Prague, I led Kozel regional brand in 40 territories.
I have led the Marketing for BCR for 5 years, launching George and shaping Scoala de bani and financial education into a brand promise.
Currently, I am Marketing, Communication and Customer Experience Director at Raiffeisen Bank Romania.
In recent years, I have been a mentor in marketing and branding of the cohorts of innovative startups in the Innovx Business Accelerator. At the same time, I am a lecturer and author of the Campaign Planning and Customer first strategies courses at the Marketing Institute.
